Rental prices

Available to book for a minimum of 5 nights in the winter and a minimum of 3 nights in the summer (different arrangements possible if stated prior to visit).
Tenants who book from Saturday to Saturday will be favored

Included within the price

Visitor’s tax, guest card, 1 outdoor parking space, internet access (Wifi), 1 x 35l taxed rubbish bag

Not included

Final cleaning CHF 190, additional taxed rubbish bags, further services (see below under surfaces)

Guest card

The guest card is issued by the hostess on the first day. It is recommended to download the “INSIDE LAAX” app in advance.

The guest card allows guests to benefit from a plethora of local offers and activities.

Security deposit

For new tenants a deposit of at least CHF 900 is charged. This is to be paid to the specified account at least two weeks in advance (before the start of the rental period) and will be paid back in full within a week of departing, provided there are no damages. Personal liability insurance is required.

Reservation conditions

Confirmation of reservation: The reservation is considered confirmed when a 1/3 of the rental costs have been transferred to the account indicated. The remaining amount is to be paid at the latest a week before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation policy: in the case of a cancellation or no-show the following conditions/prices apply:

• Cancellations up to a month in advance: CHF 120
• Between 1 month and 2 weeks in advance: 40% of the total amount
• 2 weeks or less: 100% of the total amount
• No-show: no refund
